Audi Connect Safety and Service (e-call)

Audi Connect Safety and Service including e-call – emergency call is triggered either manually, or automatically in the event of a serious accident, and establishes a voice call connection to local emergency services. In addition, vehicle related data is collated and sent to the local emergency services. The following Audi Connect Safety and Service features are also available:
• Online roadside assistance for minor accidents and breakdowns
• Audi Service request
Via the myAudi app you can also connect your vehicle to your smartphone to access:
• Vehicle status report
• Remote lock and unlock
• Car finder
• Theft alarm notification
